The Veterans Tribute Tower will be installed and dedicated at Georgia National Cemetery after the pandemic. The project has been a monumental fundraising initiative by the Advisory Council. Their efforts will erect a four-story, state-of-the-art carillon bell tower to stand as a beacon of appreciation to veterans and their families. The Tower will serve as a focal point, adding to the sense of place, on one of the highest most visible points in the cemetery. The bells within the tower have been made, in part, by military medals and other mementos of military importance from service members who have supported this project. The carillon audio system will play enchanting concerts and echo the sounds of liberty across the sacred ground. The Tower dedication was delayed in November 2019 due to DC paperwork and again in May 2020 due to Covid19. This delay only adds to the story and character of the Tower. Join us for the historic Veterans Tribute Tower Dedication and Inaugural Concert after the pandemic is over.
